These rules are enforced by Heylixir's servers before any number reaches your console, so they hold no matter who is looking.
No individual health data, ever
Your team never sees anyone's symptoms, medications, journal entries or check-ins.
Groups under 5 are hidden
Any number that would describe fewer than 5 people is withheld, including in cohort views and exports.
Only the covered period
Trends only include what people tracked after they joined through you, never their history before.
No back doors by subtraction
Period-over-period changes are only shown when both periods clear the privacy floor.
People own their accounts
If someone leaves your list, their account and data stay theirs. Only the coverage ends.

Questions we hear a lot.
Can we see who is using Heylixir or what they track?
No. You see how many people on your list have activated, and anonymous, combined trends for groups of 5 or more. You never see individual entries or who logged what.
Who can join?
Only the people on the list you upload, up to the number of seats you pay for. Each person activates with the email on your list, so a link can't be shared with someone else.
Do you need to connect to our login system?
No. People sign in with their school or work email and a password they choose, the same way they would in the Heylixir app. There's nothing for your IT team to set up.
What if someone already uses Heylixir?
Their existing account is upgraded when they activate with the same email. They keep everything they've tracked and keep signing in the way they already do.
What happens when someone graduates or leaves?
Remove them from your list and their seat frees up for someone else. Their covered membership ends, but their account and data stay theirs.
How does billing work?
A per-seat price for an agreed term, billed by invoice. Purchase orders are welcome, and your billing contact can see invoices and seat usage in the console.
